When can I hire a tepee?
You can hire a tipi for as little as 24 hours.
What is included?
The tipis come pitched by Tipi Rent and will be set up at the agreed time and location.
All standard tipis come furnished with firebowls or chimeneas as standard they also come with:
- A water and fire treated canvas
- A hand painted tipi door
- Coir floor matting
- LED lighting
- An inner liner
- Decorative rugs
- A fire blanket
- A fire water bucket
- Slate hearth
- Smokeless, eco friendly logs
Luxury tipis come with all of the above. They also come with:
- Floor cushions
- Blankets and throws
- Sheep skin rugs (If you would prefer additional flat woven rugs instead please ask)
Memory foam, double matress with duck down duvets are also available for hire.
Teepee sizes
We have two different tepees we hire out.
Our smallest ‘wolf’ tipis are excellent for children’s parties. We very rarely hire out these tipis for adult gatherings as people in the past have often been disappointed by their smaller size as they do not provide the room or the spectacle of our larger ones. However, if you did wish to hire one for such a gathering they have an an area of 110 sq ft and sleep at a squeeze two adults and seat 4 – 6. ( Double beds cannot be hired for these tipis)
5.5 metre (18 foot) ‘buffalo’ tipis
Our much larger 5.5 metre ‘buffalo tipis’ have an area of 243sq ft. They give plenty of room for couples and families but are also excellent for the smaller gathering as they can seat 15 adults and sleep 6 (8 cosily)
